Hello everyone , so we came to aditya birla hospital pune from Dhaka Bangladesh , for my fathers treatment . We found out he got prostrate cancer so we immediately decide to go for his treatment in india . Everything was smooth with Dr varun agarwal one of the best uro onco logist in India. He made everything easy for my fathers treatment giving the best posible treatment with affordable cost . Now my father is doing alright and we are very satisfied with his work . My father is suffering from prostrate cancer and developed hematuria. Dr.Varun sir did a cystoscopy procedure with cauterization of bleeders and clot removal at his own setup. He explained the procedure very well and solved all our doubts. Sir is the most friendly doctor I've ever come across. All his staff especially Lata Ma'am was very helpful and caring.

The best urologist and uro-oncologist in mumbai, My mother was having duplex ureter system in her kidney, which was causing the recurring urine infection, We had visited more than 5-6 doctors in a year to decide who will do the surgery but still were unsure about it, But luckily through one friend we came to know about Dr Varun Agrawal, he guided us so well! , that in a visit we made our mind to do surgery. Doctor gave us option over surgery type And since doctor is best robotic surgery in mumbai we decided to go with robotic surgery. It was a very complex robotic partial heminephrectomy with ureterectomy surgery which took more than 6hr in OPD. Looking for good urologist doctor, consultation with Dr. Varun is must go place. My father is suffering from Prostate and recently reported to have Prostate Cancer also. After visiting multiple places, it become difficult to get honest opinion until i had a discussion with Dr. Varun. On my first visit he discuss about the problem and diagnose my father current situation personally and had detail discussion about the problem my father is facing. He just not understand the current state but also guide for future treatments and their pros and cons in detail. He listen patient problem very carefully and then make sure that patient is comfortable during discussion. He explain the current situation and future treatment to the patient. He also make sure that at any stage patient should get best treatment. His main focus is to make his patient healthy ASAP. He always stay in contact to his patient and make sure at any stage, patient will not face any issue. Best thing about Dr. Varun is while doing treatment discussion, you do not feel like you are just doing discussion like another Doctor-Patient discussion. You always feel like you are doing discussion with family member. I am writing this review to share my experience with Dr. Varun. Being son of a father whose age is 74 years my father is diagnosed with prostate cancer 4th stage apart from going through mental trauma and various big hospitals like Tata Memorials where waiting period is so long that patient loses all hopes. Just been through an operation for complex problem with Dr Varun. As a person who has undergone multiple surgeries, I was more anxious this time due to severe pain! But everytime I visited Dr Varun, he assured I will be fine, and everytime I returned with more confidence. He could make out my anxiety and he knew I was anxious about post operative pain. He made sure I was comfortable each time and for everything. The surgery took 1 and half hours with lot of dissection yet pain was minimal after surgery. No amount of words can do justice to the kindness and knowledge of Dr Varun Agarwal. We met him via a reference and our initial scans suggested some cancerous growth which lead to the kidney becoming functionless. He gave us plenty of time in each consulting session and answered all questions with patience. We did not feel the need to visit any other doctor after meeting him. We opted for laparoscopic removal of kidney operation which was carried out by him successfully. Thankfully, there was no cancer and the kidney was full.of pus which was shown to us after surgery.
